    I never considered taking protein supplements outside of bodybuilding so I found this article interesting. I had no idea that it helps to make women fuller and combat hunger pangs.  I was also surprised to hear that women who consume these supplements tend to be thinner. Wow!  I’m going to try this in conjunction with my regular exercise plan while taking your warnings of overuse into consideration.  Thank you for posting!
