  1. Hello there! This is a great read. I’ve been trying to lose weight but when I try to eat a diet that is composed mostly of protein including whey protein, I end up gaining more weight. It makes sense that it would be good to find one that is 200 calories for 40 grams of protein per serving. I am going to have to check on that more often now before I purchase protein powders. I am the type to gain muscle easily so I guess any form of weight training plus protein is bound to make me gain weight. At the same time, muscles help burn fat too which is my main goal.
