  2. Thank you for introducing me to Whey. I have always convinced myself that it is not
    necessary to take extra protein beyond the one we get from food. This
    article gave me a different perspective and I think at least for a
    start, I would start viewing such in a positive light. It looks like it
    has all the body when exercising. Do you think it can be ideal for
    vegans?

    Excellent article on whey protein! You’ve spelled out, in an easy-to-understand way, all the facts one needs to know in order to choose the best whey. I enjoy whey protein on gym days. 

    I’ve got arthritis in one knee and foot–had an accident years ago that broken multiple bones. The bones healed well, but I was left with arthritis. Is there a whey that would be best for me? 

    Also, my daughter has diabetes. Can she safely use whey protein? If so, is there one that is best?
